Disabled Parking Bays
To make your visit as comfortable as possible, we have plenty of designated disabled car parking spaces available with direct access to the mall.
Please note that level 1 is a 24 hour car park and level 2 – 6 are open 06:00 – 01:00. Don’t worry though, all of our car park levels have direct lift access to the centre.
Disabled Toilet Facilities
Our disabled toilet facilities are located on the upper mall and require a radar key to access them.
If you don’t have one, please feel free to ask for access at the information desk. Radar keys can also be purchased from Shopmobility.
Our baby change facilities are located on both the upper and lower mall, adjacent to the lifts.
Wheelchair Hire
Don’t struggle around, we have a number of wheelchairs and self drive scooters you can borrow. Please call beforehand to book as wheelchairs and scooters are subject to availability. Shopmobility is currently open 9:45am to 4:30pm, Thursday-Friday.
