By Car

Follow directions for The Chimes, Uxbridge UB8 1QJ. The Chimes has 1,551 parking spaces including disabled, parent and child spaces and EV charging and has direct access to the Centre.

By Bus

Buses run regularly to The Civic Centre (U) bus station, which is a 2 minute walk to the Centre. Services stopping here are U1, U3, U4, U7 and N207.

By Tube

You can catch a tube direct to the Centre, by getting a Westbound Piccadilly or Metropolitan Line to Uxbridge.

By Foot & Bike

The Chimes can be reached on foot and by bike. Bike racks can be found outside Boots on the High Street. Follow directions for The Chimes, Uxbridge UB8 1QJ.

Accessibility

We have plenty of designated disabled car parking spaces and accessible toilet facilities available at The Chimes, as well as wheelchairs and other mobility options available to hire to make your visit as easy as possible.

Disabled Parking Bays

To make your visit as comfortable as possible, we have plenty of designated disabled car parking spaces available with direct access to the mall.

Please note that level 1 is a 24 hour car park and level 2 – 6 are open 06:00 – 01:00. Don’t worry though, all of our car park levels have direct lift access to the centre.

Disabled Toilet Facilities

Our disabled toilet facilities are located on the upper mall and require a radar key to access them. If you don’t have one, please feel free to ask for access at the information desk. Radar keys can also be purchased from Shopmobility. Our baby change facilities are located on both the upper and lower mall, adjacent to the lifts.

Wheelchair Hire

Don’t struggle around, we have a number of wheelchairs and self drive scooters you can borrow. Please call beforehand to book as wheelchairs and scooters are subject to availability.

Shopmobility is currently open 9:45am to 4:30pm, Thursday-Friday.

Transform your shopping experience into an adventure with our Kiddy Cars! Perfect for keeping your little ones entertained and happy while you shop, these fun cars are sure to make every trip to the mall a joy.

Customers can scan the QR code on site or download the app HERE, prices range from £5 - £9 and a pre authorisation fee of £15 is required.

Once returned and the cost of the hire is known (£5 or £9) the balance of £10 or £6 is released back to the card and will sit on the account as a pending transaction until settled.
